I'm just gonna go out on a limb here, and suggest I would expect any institution, that you can get flight training at ( flight club, school etc) should be able to arrange a booking for a BFR, but as I haven't done the legwork on it myself, I suppose that is just an expectation

I suppose the question is, what do you want to do the BFR in, and are you willing to cough up the biccies for the session?

I believe AFS does some checks, and i am certain that the BFR is one of them, for a few operators. Not sure on type restrictions to this though

I'm certain though that a phone book would be a help to you
