pretty new to the PPrune scene and just wanted to second Aatif's question about the possibilities for ex-pat applicants for cadet pilots.
Im currently working for SIA in Auckland and have met a few of the tech crew operating on the freighters. I know of at least two successful ex pat cadets from Australia and the UK who are now F/O's but wondered if you guys have any tales of ex-pat selection or maybe if there are some expats on this thread they could tell me how they came to be where they are now.
Feel free to re-direct me if this has been done before but havent had a chance to go thru the whole thread.
