I was actually in Flims/Laax last week and on the glacier there were quite a few people landing or doing touch and goes. Wasn't you by chance? My 'plane identifications pretty rubbish but it was certainly a tail dragger (read and white if that helps).
I must admit, I'd have happily given up my skies for a go!
