yes they are from West Midlands International accounts. The ownership gets very complex and it is possible that CAFCO-C still own all the shares of West Midlands International which still exists as a formal company.
At the end of 2005 the accounts state:- With effect from 30 December 2005, cafco (coventry) Limited acquired the entire share capital of the Company and is the ulitimate parent. I pointed to the accounts just so that the running costs can be worked out based on 2005.
