You will find that alot with this particular FTO, they have a great habit of not replying to emails that are sent no matter how urgent they are.
You will also find that for weeks on end you will be told you need to speak to a certain person only then to find that when this person shows up they tell you to go and talk to someone else. You can find yourself chasing them alot.
But everyone has different experiences and this is only mine and a few friends.
