Ok, so you get paid only 1/4 of a day on Leap Years but you will get 1 day's worth of flying pay (assuming that you're entitled to it). Remember that flying pay is an allowance, as is Home to Duty, and is paid at a daily rate, hence all my monthly pay statements are different - what a great idea the 365.25 days a year/12 was then !!!
