Bloggs are you new to this planet? I have never been under any illusion just where the buck stops,and that when push comes to shove the senior management will act in the best interests of themselves and the company. It's pretty much like that everywhere to a greater or lessor degree. Try not to let it ruin your life, just act accordingly.
