Go for BA -it's a permanent contract, whereas SIA Cargo will be for 5 years (renewable). BA has a seniority system for upgrades, SIA Cargo will employ DEC's as and when necessary. Also consider Cargolux,TNT and GSS, if it's 747 experience you are looking for.
