That in all honesty is the crux of it, ever tried working with chalk when its wet.
doesn't help the traffic situation with LBC diggin up roundabouts and chunks of road between the airport and stopsley and leaving them for an eternity,. For once i wish thay would just start something and finish it before spending money on yet another truck load of cones!!!!
