Leon I think you'll find that the initial requirements for eyesight are -5 if your vision is stable. If you can't say your eyesight is not getting any worse then no JAA state will take you until your vision stabilises. 'Stable' means no significant change over the last three years.
Otherwise you could try the USA but that's a last resort! It'd be a big life change!
