Well, one of the things that FECA was good at in my time there is that they paid everybody on time, every time.
But as said by masalama (how's the 737 going!!), the money was just OK, not great, when we left, which with the rising inflation can only have gotten worse.
I found the maintenance generally to a good standard as well.
That is if you can look past all the high speed tape
, but ofcourse that is just cosmetic, as was the lack of paint.
Can't really comment on what the morale is now, I left a few years ago.
Morale was really a bit of a mixed bag, depending on who you speak to.
I'm sure you can find enough bad stuff about FECA in the archives, so I won't repeat all of that here. If you can live with that, then it is not a bad (first)job to have. Just don't get too comfortable, as you might miss the boat elswhere.
