Mycase was straightforward... I had a spinal operation and when recatted was allowed to fly..go OOA etc but the specialist said I was not to do "stupid sh1t like running around collecting ticks for empire building PTI's" So for my last 8 years in the RAF, I didnt do tests but still did my job.. Permenently downgraded. So , all you fitness freaks,, downgraded does not mean unable to work..and the fitness nazis spent more time off sick than the beer monsters on my sqn.
