I note your estimate that roughly 40% of the BRS passengers are Welsh.
In its master plans CWL reckons it loses 12% of its catchment to BRS and BRS, in its master plan, says 10.6% of its pax come from Wales.
Now these figures are based on surveys that are three or four years old now and things might have changed.
If they have and you are correct then both airports are labouring under misconceptions of monumental proportions if they are basing their future plans around them.
