I wonder at what point they consider them to be high enough not to be an issue?
As far as the CAA is concerned (which of course, operates on behalf of the DfT which in turn takes its cue from the Minister of Transport who naturally, undertakes the Secretary of State's bidding who's primarily, in post to assist Gordon to get Labour re-elected) there now exists "visual intrusion" and so the answer to your question LB, is that it rather depends on how good your eyesight is... Then there's the impact on "Tranquility" which is a subjective measure if ever there was one - and which even the neddies in the CAA (which of course, operates on behalf of the DfT which in turn takes its cue from the Minister of Transport who naturally, undertakes the Secretary of State's bidding who's primarily, in post to assist Gordon to get Labour re-elected) admit is something almost impossible to define as nobody's yet worked out quite how to measure "Tranquility".

CO2? NOX? Which NIMBY cares, just as long as he can't see or hear the aircraft...
