The sim is elite I think. Almost like flightsim with yoke, throttle, rudder and radiostack. They explain it to you. What they dont explain is that aileron trim is set far right. You have to put large input to the left aileron in order to fly straight and level. The psycological interviev is straighforward. Where you are born, school etc. The final panel interview you are presented to different cases where you have to show that you can take over the aircraft when necessary.
