Think about Flybe with Tprop hours like that they will jump at you. Quite a few ex RAF heavy Tprop pilots working with them. As for the pay not the best in the business but with those hours you could be in the LHS before long.
They are currently recruiting and some of the bases fit your bill. They are a good start within the Civvi Airline business.
