Hope i am posting this on the right forum.
Since I was small, i have always want to be a pilot. And recently, i am planning to get my PPL, CPL and APTL in one of the flight school in Australia, as an international student. (holding UK passport)
However, I am wondering, after I got my license, how difficult will it be for me to find a hour building job, for example, as a flight instructor or work for an air charter company?
I read it somewhere that pilots are on the government's want list at the moment, should i assume that it will be a bit easier than in the USA?
Also, say, if a year or two and i got a few hundreds or a thousand of hour, is it possible for me apply for a regional airline? Or they are only interested in pilots with Australian
PR like US airlines will only hire those with green cards?
