Your best bet is Vancouver since their weather is quite favourable, compared to Moncton. This will shorten you training period since at the end of the day (depending on how much time you have on your hands) you need to complete your training in as little time as possible.

On the other hand, if you want to log some serious hours you can always apply for a J1-Visa in the Unite States and hit the southern states (Florida, Texas, Arizona, etc.)
