this sorry situation is not the inexperienced f/o's doing.it is the work of greedy managers who will bully and bull**** their way through to make themselves look good and fill their pockets.so if you have any bile to vent,i suggest you direct at the real culprits and not fall into the usual pilot thinking of blaming other pilots.
