Rumour and speculation are rife.

Having spoken to many of my flight crew colleagues the talk seems to be of an 'all out' strike with continuous action rather than a series of 1/2 day strikes. The reasoning behind this is that those who have to not report for work would not be the victims of a bullying management team making examples of the ones who have to take the action.

Both Cabin Crew unions are watching this very closely with a view to protecting the job security of it's Cabin Crew!!.

Three ballots for industrial action in just over one year from two groups of non militant workers speaks volumes about our bullish, pig headed management team. This CEO is single minded and arrogant but like those before him he will walk away with his pockets lined and the moral of the staff again in tatters.

May I wish my flight crew colleagues all the best against the worst management team we have had in many year.Good luck.

WTDWL.
