Straws that broke the camels back:
The continual f_cking whinge from the ops-room not being backed up by action. (actually listened to my own whinging and made myself sick
)
The inability of line controllers to draw a line in the sand (with a perfect opportunity, the perfect storm!) and make the current management pay for their incompetence and greed.
And best of all........ hearing that Sydney ATC's want another increment on top of everybody else (fix your colleagues bullsh!t 14 increment ride to the top of FPC, yes the bloke or girl sitting beside you) because the poor dears can't afford to live on the water anymore.
