Dear Bustrash, the fellow aviator on a bad moment that you are talking about should think twice before commit this atrocity that is causing the discredit of the pilots on this Company and we still have some good aviators here. He don`t deserve any help or mercy, only a ticket back to the Amazon Forest with all respect to the animals.
What we should talk about is the discredit on the flight operations management and that the lack of pilots don`t justify everything. That`s why this barbaric incident happened. Start from the top.
It`s clear the DFO and the CP can`t deal with indiscipline among other things in order to be popular. There are no meetings, no communication, no information about the Company, no new SOP, dezorganisation on the flight training, lack of punctuality and indiscipline.
They are poor in decision making at management level and they must leave in order to restore the safety and the credibility of the Company.
