The yellow is probably worse than the red. With the yellow, when you click 'yes' you are letting them track all your movements and posting content. Seems like a witch hunt to me. Even retrospective 'justice' could be dealt when they cross reference posts of interest and usernames you are logged in under. This is the very reason why I have not visited this site since the tracking software was installed.
