missing the point
The whole point of working for a specific company is that when times are tight for them, the threat of you leaving applies pressure to improve conditions. If we all worked for some agency, then it would not be down to us. Unless we wanted to leave Nigeria. The way it stands we can vote with our feet without serious changes to the environment most of us have chosen, which despite the random wittering poeple not involved, pays reasonably well. (it could and should be better and we all make our own choices)
