You seemed to be sipping the Kool Aid. The point to my suggestion is the pilots would maintain seniority, pension, perks, pay and the like with their own company. It would be a very similar thing to Shell/Bristow where the customer (in this case CHC/BHL-Biagle-Air Log-Pan African-Olog) own the aircraft and the NIPG provide the staff.
I am sure there are some shrewd Nigerian Oil Industry Leaders that would fancy owning such a goldmine. One might have to start wearing pointy toed shoes or something. But...what the heck it is a thought.
