Ti rispondo io...sono istruttore alla skymates.

In USA l'IFR non è differenziato SE o MEP...se tu fai PPL -> IR -> CPL ME in ambiente FAA alla fine ti ritrovi con un CPL/IR/ME con Instrument Privileges anche sul bimotore.
