But I think if you have a CPL/IR multi engine rating ATPL GS, and you dint get a job with an airline or any flying company and have been without a job for few years after completion of training then yes I will go for this job (working for free)
Its not a bad deal for pilots with low hours with no jobs.
You pay them $100,000 and work for free for a long time, then get Mickey Mouse wages for 5 years.
There is a worldwide pilot shortage so the rumor goes.. The days of pilots being exploited by the unscrupulous should be over.
What if the company goes bankrupt? Boom, you've just lost your money.
