Second Worst
During the "long hot Summer" of, was it '76? No rain for months anywhere in England.

BIA Dart Herald, Blackpool(?)-Gatwick when it actually rained over some lucky part of the Northern Home Counties, causing it to be rather more than a little bit bumpy at Herald's ceiling of FL120 or so, as we flew above (through?) it.

So bumpy that some BA crew sitting at the back, positioning, started screaming! What was worse, the Trolley Dollies could not get to me with another drink and I had to make that (only my third I seem to remember) last me 25 more minutes all the way to LGW!

Worst
Jetfoil Newhaven-Belgium ("Ladies & Gentlemen, we will be flying at an altitude of ten feet . . ."). Bl00dy awful seas, kept "falling off the skis". Third time this happened there was a dirty great crash from the area of the galley - sounded like it could have been very serious alcohol abuse - and the Trolley Dollies announced that they would not be able to do a "run".

Took 2 hours plus to get across the ditch and NO drinks at all

SLF do it with a Scotch in one hand and a beer in the other!
