Hi there re ur question im a JQI CSM on the DPS rtn flights its dependant on the loadings of flight if full then no rest we are supposed to have 2 seats in crew rest reserved..
As a CSM, isn't it
your responsibility to liase with groundstaff to ensure that sufficient seats are blocked off to provide adequate crew rest? (surely something like this is outlined in your EBA?) I'm sure if I were operating cabincrew on that sector, expecting my crew rest to be given but then to be told that it was not possible due... Why? Poor leadership on the CSM's behalf.
