Well, this is what really is going on with Ezy...
The company has since some time ago, offered former B737 rated pilots, today on the A319 and waiting for their CMD, an upgrade on the B737.
Since the company recruited so (too) many DEC last year, they are only 10 upgrades on the 737 this year. This means that the F/O:s on the 737 and ready for their CMD still has to wait for their turn because of the A319 pilots (that volonteerly went to the Airbus first) getting offered the positions instead. Actually, that will not even happen anymore because the 737 will be phased out for the Airbus.
Not so fun for the Boeing F/O:s though...
And yes, for you DEC in a holding pool, I think the call from Ezy will take a while no matter if you have a 737 or E145 rating...
