We certainly log more than 4 hours fairly regularly, that changed ages ago didn't it?
I certainly wasn't allowed to log more than four hours a day, and that was only a few months ago. I'm sure they mentioned it at the college too. It would be interesting to see a reference, I've just had a quick look through the books and can't much either way.
