Why is the "person of interest" rallying the troops to sign an AWA. He doesn't need anyone else to sign an AWA. It appears that by getting others to follow him, he is trying to organise a collective agreement. If he was just a little bit smarter then he would realise that is what the majority of his peers want - only on better conditions than the current offer. It sounds like he is industrially naive.
