FLIGHTFOCUS: "Respect and support would be earned if ALM's collectively told TFN that it is not working."

What is the point of telling him how bad the system is or bad his decision making and endangering of the entire aviation community is? His toe-cutters in DMW, last month, and JH now, and their underlings don't give a ****e as long as they keep their HOUR OF POWER.

A senior LT controller put in an ESIR because his vast experience told him that the system was GOING TO KILL PEOPLE. He was forced away from the workplace. TIBA followed. The only thing stopping a major FUCHUP at LT is the passion of the Tasmanian aviation community.

One of the senior Approach designers resigned last month because he pointed out some flaws in the management of the system and couldn't get any sense out of the highly paid non current managers who are trying to meet a budget as opposed to providing a service at an effective cost.

Peee off TFN and take your FUCHWITS with you, because if you are still around when the ****e hits the fan, you are going to wear most it.

WOULD YOU FLY AN INSTRUMENT APPROACH PUBLISHED IN DAP/JEPP WITH NO ONE AT HOME WATCHING THE FARM? Only having one designer for 1400 approaches is not allowed by CASA. But ANSA still keep their licence? WHO IS WATCHING THE FARM?

CASA's last audit of ANSA's CASAR 173 reg only revealed some administrative problems related to non-current maps...but failed to pick up a single error in the 400 procedures that are 30 years old and DO NOT COMPLY WITH ICAO and CASA legislated requirements.

Luckily some of us don't have to just sit in the back of the jet and watch the dedicated pilots trust the IFR procedures that are not being AUDITED or checked by either ANSA or CASA - and hopefully arrive at the destination alive.

Where is the new minister? Will it take him 50 or 80 years to organise an APOLOGY to the families of a bunch of dead passengers and crew because he failed to maintain our trusted aviation system to the standard that we all require.
