Call it nit-picking if you wish, (or in this case selective quotation), but for example although the self-appointed HoL committee disagreed wih the eventual findings, their opinion was then rejected by a free vote of the whole House. Meanwhile, no-one as far as I have seen has ever suggested that the rules in force at the time governing BsofI were not followed; or can you quote an example? Regards. John Purdey
