I don't work for Highland, but bump into their pilots in Inverness, Kirkwall and Shetland. I can vouch for the fact that they are a good bunch of blokes (never came accross any chapesses yet
), and from the outside it seems there is a good ethic at the company.
Also, when grounded due weather they happily offer us a cup of tea, thanks guys!
I add this for what it is worth, and to balance some of the negative, which doesn't seem apparent to me.
