all points well made. Even with the lowest of fairs- demand is not sufficient to fill certain planes on certain routes (ryanair). Flybe will 'jump on' other people's routes that is the nature of the game. While I am pleased about the planned frequency upgrade to both Southampton and Aberdeen from Leeds I do not see it being successful in the not too long run. It does smack of desparation to me. They announced the flights and they were not even able to be booked for a few days! You perhaps disagree but I really think they need to change their strategy. It will be interesting to see what happens in the year ahead.
