Just to add to the above, if you have Office 2007 you can download the "Microsoft Save as PDF" add on from https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...displaylang=en for nowt!

Also, if you don't want to spend money on Acrobat, you can get Bullzip PDF writer for free from http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php - works really well too!
