When do MPL's graduate
The first 3 batches of cadets are either now on or approaching their final phases of their Core Flying Skills and will be moving to the advance stage soon ( MCC and A320 ).
Stage
1 – Cadet Assessment
2 – Theoretical Ground School 5 Months
3 – Core Flying Skills 2.5 Months
4 – Basic Simulator Flying 2 Months
5 – Intermediate Simulator Flying 1 Month
6 – Advanced Simulator Flying 1.5 Months
7 – Base Training 1 day
If stage 2 & 3 has taken almost an year
How looooong will it take to finish other stages????
Is it the part of mistake with students or the centre?
