Not always , but usually you can get discounts with your employer after six months of employment and with any airline they have a reciprocal agreement with after twelve months work. Your best bet is to go and see your own staff travel office and ask them.
Again, usually but not always, you will get as a reciprocal agreement whatever your employer is prepared and able to give to others, if your employer is able to give ID90% discount on worldwide long haul routes you may get similar from other carriers, if your employer only gives 50% discount on some European routes then that is most likely what you will get in return.
