ing joke, the majority of pilots are HAPPY with the bid system to claim they want to make the rosters fair is a lie. Its great to know in your top two bids you can get a nice roster while still flying the required number of hours.
It is just so so sad that a great job has been ruined by pathetic weak jealous managment.
