Individual theoretical knowledge instructors are also required prior to appointment, to demonstrate their competence by giving a test lecture based on material they have developed for the subjects they are to teach.

My point! You appear a little behind the drag curve for a professional ATPL instructor. Secondly, there is no commercial source of material as those who put the effort into producing it, are hardly likely to pass it on to some lazy sod who wants to cut corners. In any case it would need to match the FTO's lesson plans.
