Obtaining advance information of which particular a/c registration will operate a given flight is more difficult.
A/c are rotated and though a basic plan might be drawn by ops (but only several days before I think) it is always subject to change at short notice for a variety of reasons (such as: tech problems / delays / loads / commercial).
