A bunch of new graduated pilots were talking about how many pilots every aircraft need’s when entering the service
And some of them said for every aircraft entering the service the company need
Between 15 to 20 pilots
Is that true?????
In my humble opinion I think this number is exaggerated 
May some one expert add his opinion
