Puritan (people in glass houses)

Whilst I tend to agree with the majority of your post, when you start commenting on spelling, punctuation and grammar I find it very hypocritical of you. Considering your use of a comma followed by several full stops.

Hardly gramatically correct?

As for the comments left by previous Zoom UK candidates I would agree also on comments that they are just "sour grapes" however their must be some truth in the reports due to the sheer volume of negative comments.

Other airlines such as Monarch, Thomsonfly or even Virgin may attract a small percentage of complaints, some may even be valid but on the whole most are just sour grapes. You cannot label all these comments in the same catorgory.

The sheer volume of delays and poor trip reports from passengers is enough to put me off applying, if the customers have to put up with this, then so do the Cabin Crew. Something i'm not prepared to do on a regular basis.

p.s. I do hope my grammar was acceptable for you.
