Flyingfox, no, I’m not trying to build any credentials, I am just continuing my interest in Australia having modern airspace and regulations. I think you will find the “ailments plaguing the provision of ATC services” are because of a lack of reform and the wind backs.

Unsafe Skies here? Do you agree with the general thrust of my paper - that is, we should make better use of our $350 million radar system? If not, which parts do you disagree with?
Please do not come back with generalities – that is just a cop out. The reason I want to know what reforms you agree with is so I can concentrate on those, as there is more chance of getting them in!
