£150 for my initial Class 2, then £120 for subsequent renewals inc ECG.
You could go NPPL - far cheaper if you don't mind foregoing the extra ratings and (currently at least) not being able to fly abroad.
I believe an NPPL medical is around £30-50 from your own doctor and valid for 5 years - but I may be out of date so check the NPPL web site.
