What planet are you on to think that airlines fly around paying cash for handling services? Even owners of private aircraft utilising handling companies rarely, very rarely, offer cash as a payment method. This world works on plastic, be it credit, debit or account card.
I've worked ground handling for many, many years at lots of airports handling 100's of airlines and 100,000 flights and cash, in 25 years+?; once, for an African charter who paid in crisp, fresh Dollars back in the 70's.
