Hey Varigflier, I've been flying in Brazil for the last 32 years. I've come up the ranks, from F/E to Captain, your view is a very biased one, there are jerks (Capt and F/O) anywhere you go in this world. As the old saying goes "the grass is always greener on the other side", so my advice to you is go, get out of here fast,
you are "too good" for us mortal brazilians.
