I am generally calm in the face of bad service, but almost lost my nut at the absolute idiots BA have contracted as front-desk and handling at Glasgow, on Monday morning.
The queues at "fast bag drop" are ridiculous and the exec lounge is now staffed by three loafers who sit about chatting to each other rather than being in any way shape or form useful.
I really, really hope everyone is getting as annoyed as I am at paying a premium fare only to have to put up with such an appallingly budget service at the airport - it's doing BA no favours at all.
