Groundrat I totaly agree with you, PAL have been at GLA & EDI for years and the staff have been great.
Unfortunatley when the contact was up for tender PAL did not enter the bidding which made quite a few people suspicious.
It was no shock to some companies what the out come was going to be.
We hear the staff were not paid when the company folded however THS took over the handling of the wheelchairs and saved the airports and other airlines and handling companies embaressment and they have managed to take most of the staff on as well.
I think THS should be commended on doing this,unfortunatly some people are moaning because they now have to pay realistic prices for their Wheelchair passengers..who else would do that!
